Main inner features of a limousine

Maine inner features of a limousine
The limousine inner features are fascinating, but perhaps it would be a good idea to define what a limousine is and where they come from before talk about their inner features, for the best understanding.

A limousine has its origins in a kind of car designed for people that could afford to have a driver or chauffer to drive for them. In this way, they could pay attention to other things more important for them such as newspapers, business documents, a business chat, a guest, a family chat, or just take a rest before their next activity. In this way, they made a better use of their time instead of doing a mechanical activity as driving.

Comfort

Of course, this means a sort of wealthy people, cause not everyone is able to pay someone else  to drive for them. Besides, in the early times, the first cars made with a chauffer place were highly expensive being the novelty they represented. Therefore, this kind of vehicles were meant to the comfort of rich people or important persons.

Regarding  the previous lines, a limousine is supposed to take important people from one point to another whether alone or along other persons, for business or relax purposes. In addition, the inner features must be according to these activities and the life’s level of the owner.

First of all, the driver is not supposed to hear some conversations of the master, that can be very confidential or intimate. So the driver and the passengers are separated for a panel or window that can be opened from the master’s side to give instructions. An intercom system is usually available if the master doesnt want to be seen for the chauffer. In the same sense, special panels to avoid the street or traffic noise are common.

Another typical characteristic is the wide passenger’s place, meant to take them as comfortable as possible. For example, they are able to see each other, no one has to see the back of someone else or turn their head to talk to someone sit in a backseat, they could feel as in a little meeting room or in a small living room. Of course, all the seats are very comfortable and usually made in the finest leather, sometimes getting near to be an armchair.

Security

Must models include a minibar and glassware so the passengers can help themselves with a cold refresh, glass of Perrie or Evian water, or maybe a fine liqueur as a French champagne or an Italian wine. That’s a nice detail to get a guest feel comfortable. No need to mention that there is an air conditioned system to cool or warm the inner temperature, according to the user’s preferences.

It could be that due to the advance of technology, the entertainment devices are more numerous and sophisticated than before: flat screen high definition TVs, DVD players, music players with surround sound, wi-fi, GPS systems to navigate or location purposes, video games such a Play Station or Xbox, fiber optic lighting, outside speakers, remote control sun roof and a skylight, and many other gadgets that makes our free time more interesting and relaxing.

All the features are always first class, with the right combination of luxury and good taste that we can expect from educated people, the kind of details that maintain the master for himself and their guests.

More

Since these vehicles mainly transport VIP people, it is extremely important to them to be protected in front of criminals who can unjure them, so the tinted windows (to keep privacy), doors, walls, even tires are bulletproof. In addition, it is likely that some models have portholes to repel an attack.
